Izba Spa offers glutathione, the antioxidant most associated with skin brightening; high-dose vitamin C; and hydration and immunity blends built around saline, electrolytes and B-complex. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, seated, and you are free to read or work throughout.

Every drip starts with a health screen covering medication, kidney function and previous reactions. A cannula is placed in the forearm or hand and removed at the end of the session. Clients typically book glutathione as a course of six to eight, spaced weekly, because skin brightening is cumulative; hydration and immunity drips are usually one-offs around travel, illness or heavy training.

What to expect after
