Lip filler at Izba Spa starts at 0.50ml for £100, which is deliberately where most first appointments should start. Half a millilitre restores definition and a little volume without changing the shape of your face, and it is far easier to add at a review appointment than to dissolve an overfilled result. Fuller changes are built across two or three appointments rather than one.

The consultation covers what you dislike about the current shape, whether the issue is volume or border definition, and what your anatomy will hold. Numbing cream is applied, and the product itself contains lidocaine. Expect swelling for two to three days and possible bruising at injection points; the final result is what you see at two weeks. Filler lasts six to twelve months in the lips, which move constantly and metabolise product faster than most areas.
