Microblading places pigment in fine individual strokes with a hand tool, following the direction your own hair grows. Done well, it reads as brow hair rather than brow product, which is why it remains the choice for clients who want definition without looking made up. The first appointment is two hours, and mapping the shape against your features takes as long as the pigment work — nothing starts until you have approved the outline in the mirror.

A top-up four to six weeks later is part of the process, not an upsell: pigment always heals unevenly in places and the second pass finalises shape and density. Colour then softens over 12 to 18 months, faster on oily skin and with sun exposure or acid exfoliants. Microblading suits normal to dry skin with some existing hair; on oily skin or previously tattooed brows, powder or ombré brows hold better and your practitioner will say so at consultation. A patch test is required at least 48 hours beforehand.

Street parking is available on the surrounding residential roads. Wimbledon town centre, Colliers Wood and Morden are all within ten minutes.
