Profhilo is not a filler and does not add volume in one place. It is a highly concentrated, stabilised hyaluronic acid injected at five points either side of the face, from where it spreads through the tissue and slowly releases, stimulating the skin's own collagen and elastin. What changes is skin quality: hydration, bounce and firmness across the lower face, and it works equally on the neck and décolletage.

The protocol is two sessions four weeks apart, then maintenance every six to nine months. The first session takes about 45 minutes including numbing, and small raised bumps at the injection points settle within a few hours. It is the treatment for clients whose complaint is that skin looks tired and thin rather than that a specific line bothers them, and it is often chosen instead of filler by anyone who does not want their face reshaped.

The Worcester Park salon is on Central Road, opposite the fire station and five minutes from Worcester Park railway station with direct trains to Wimbledon and London Waterloo. Central Road parking and nearby side streets make driving straightforward. North Cheam, Stoneleigh, Old Malden and Sutton are all a short drive away.
